We enjoy them very much but parents often don’t think about doing a special photo shoot outside of school-planned sessions. Who ever looks back at their yearbook photo and says, “Wow, that is a really good picture of me”? In the rush and excitement of Senior year and graduation, don’t forget to stop and take the time to capture memories from this time in life. This moment in time will be over all too quickly.

Lexie and her mom had the right idea! They celebrated this life moment with an afternoon stroll in Downtown Charleston, SC and asked Valerie to record it with her camera. It was fun, scenic and historic for this grad-to-be. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect nor the subject. Lexie was poised and radiant! She was effortless in her posing and model-like to photograph. Her mom and boyfriend even jumped into frame for a few of shots.

Rainbow Row is one of the most recognizable streets in the world, so we couldn’t miss a chance to pose in front of some of the homes. A good-spirited homeowner even took his chance to photobomb Lexie’s photo. Thank you to him, whoever he is! He made us laugh!

Parents know that their kids grow up way too fast and the transition from high school to pre-adulthood isn’t easy… Thank you Abbie and Lexie for allowing us to share in these happy memories with you! Best of luck Lexie!
